How to Share Custom Form

I have created a custom form and I just can't seem to be able to share
it with another user in my group. Is there a way to just find the
form I created and copy it to a folder on his computer? I have found
instructions that I need to publish the form to the Organizational
Forms Library, but am having problems with this. I just can't believe
it is this difficult. If anyone can just let me know the steps to
share a form I would appreciate it.
