Publisher newsletter spam

I want to send my MS Publisher e-newsletter to a database of 1500+. I do not
want to use the BCC field as many of the emails will be caught in spam
filters. Is there any software you would recommend for this?

can you do a mailmerge from publisher? if not, try saving as html or word
doc and doing a mail merge from word.
