Publisher and Printing

I am having problems with my Vista Publisher program printing. It will print
a couple of pages then start feeding through the pages rapidly for the next 2
pages. I have tried going on line to find a fix and the fix will not allow me
to download because it says I am not the adminstrator for my computer. I
check the computer and I am listed as the adminstrator. Can someone help me
figure this out? Thanks!

Rightclick the Internet Explorer icon on the start menu, and click 'run as
administrator'
Try the download there.
