publisher 2003 web page has too much code, i want to redo in front

I am not a programmer and made a website in Publisher 2003 with 6 pages
total. the thing is >500K and the home page has way too much code.........I
want to place it into Frontpage 2003 and shrink it?? Can be done??

Basically, you need to start over and create it directly in FP.

Why didn't you start with FP ... not Publisher which is for Desktop
Publishing. In other words, use the correct tool.
Start all over!

You can import the html file created from Publisher into Frontpage - but it
won't get rid of all the code Publisher adds.

Better though would be to start from scratch in Frontpage.

Get hold of "Frontpage 2003 Inside Out" or another book on using the
package.

Publisher is not designed for web development - it is intended for print
publications

Converting a publisher (2003) created site to any reasonable Html is still a nightmare
