Publish Web

I'm trying to publish my web but I can't get the "Publish Web" as an option.
I'm not sure what to do or what I'm doing wrong.

You must have a web / site open in FP first, then you will have the publish web / site option
available.

I know this comes across as really stupid but how do I open a website in
front page. I tried to create my web using the domain name.com but it
didn't work, probably because I don't know what I'm doing. I did publish a
website a couple of years ago and still have it up and running but now I've
gotten this other site yesterday and I can't publish it.

I did it, not sure I did it correctly but it did give me the option to
Publish Web. Now my server hasn't enabled the FP extensions. I've been on
the phone with them for the last hour or so trying to get it to upload the
extensions. I click on the button to enable them but it just hangs there
for ever. I think they are stumped and so I told them I'd give the some
time to fix the problem. I'm guessing it's there problem.

*You don't upload the extensions, your host installs or enables them on the
server. If they don't know that much consider a different host.
