publish report to word

Is there a macro command please to publish a report to
word. I have a letter format that I open from a form with
the company's name and address set out and want to leave
the user in word to edit it.

Judith,

You can use the OutputTo macro action to export an Access report as an
..rtf format document, which will be openable and editable in Word.
Please be aware that any graphics and some formatting will be "lost" in
the export process.
