I am using Frontpage DRW to connect to an Access database and display
information. I've updated the database and the new information is displaying
properly on the test server but when it published to the production server
the old information is still appearing. Any clues?

Did you publish or update the DB online (reimport it into the local so FP knows it has changed)

Assuming your DB is in the FP site (in fpdb folder)
In FP always File Export your DB to edit it, and then use File Import to bring in the changed version DB back in (then FP will
publish it)
(in FP 2003 you can selectively publish any file)

Thanks Stefan. I've figured it out. But the network admin guy said it also
was having an issue with the firewall. Thanks for your help.
