Publish/burn web site hineproperties.com to a cd?

I put together a little site, www.hineproperties.com, for a friend. He would like for me to "publish" a copy of this site, or better yet a copy of a subset of this site, http://www.hineproperties.com/malibu.html , to a CD. He wants to show his site to people with PC computers (not Mac) who may not have internet access. Is this sort of thing doable? If the answer is yes, than what is the procedure?

Publish the web / subweb to a folder
Burn the folder to the CD.

You will need an autorun.inf file to
"launch" the web on the CD.
Since windows XP doesn't recognize
some autorun.inf types you will need a
small program on the cod to launch the web.
You can use the free shellrun utility that you
can get here:
