Public Task List in Outlook 2003

Steph

Is there a way that I can add a column to our Public Task List, which
everyone will see and cannot mess with? With this can we sort by that column
as well? Or do I need to go to everyones computer and set up the column?

you can create a view and set it as the default view for the folder but
users can change the view on their folder. you can't prevent that.

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/custom_views.htm
After the view is created, right click on the public folder and choose
Properties. Select the administrator tab and set the default view at the
top.
