I have a client that recently went from Lotus to Outlook 2003. They are
pleased with the functionality of Outlook but have one request that I can't
answer. Outlook is connected to an Exchange 2003 server. Within their
Outlook mailbox when they are in their own Calendar view, they can click on
View and change to the Taskpad view showing their Calendar and their Tasks on
the same page. However I have talked them into using Public Folders for
their Contacts and Tasks because they are shared between 5 people in the same
office. I have created a separate folder for Calendar and a separate folder
for Tasks. Obviously when they are in the Public Folders Calendar and switch
to Taskpad view it only shows the Calendar. My question is, is there a way
to set up the Public Folders Calendar and Tasks so that they can view these
in Taskpad?
