Public Folders

How do I allow users to edit a document in a Public folder and have the
changes saved to the original document. I am using Outlook 2003 with
Exchange Server 2003.
 
Show the users how to save their changes and then close the document. Note
that if two people are editing, only the last changes will be saved.
