Public folders, Exc03, Outlook03, and merging contacts

I have three sales (public)folders containing contact info that several
people have access to but would like to look at one folder containing
everything.
Drag and drop justs creates subfolders.
How can I merge it together?
 
drag (or use Edit, Move) the items from the folders to one folder, not the
entire folder. :)
