Public Folder

I need to create a folder that contains files accessible
to anonymous users. Then I need to create a link from an
existing web site that will open a browser window to
access those files. How do I start?
 
Enable folder browsing on the folder, Make sure it does *not* contain any .htm files and then simply
link to the folder.
