Public Folder with Custom Form

Joe

Hi,

I have a public folder called Time Sheets. I would like all our engineers
to be able to post a custom message form to the Time Sheet folder.

Having never attempted anything with Outlook forms before I'm not sure where
to start.

Can any one help?

Thanks,
Joe

Hi Sue,

I've got going, and I can now post my custom form to a public folder. But
when I open those posts in the public folder they open in the standard Post
form, not my custom form.

What have I missed?

Thanks,
Joe
These pages should help you get started with custom Outlook forms:

http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm

Did you click the Edit Read Page button to create a read layout to show the fields you want the user to see on saved posts?

No, I completely missed that and then read the post above and then the
light bulb finally sparked up.

Having a slow day here today.

Thanks,
Joe
