Public Folder - Subfolders - items not visible to folder owners

In our small office team of 4, we've decided to create Outlkook (e-mail)
public folders so we can share information on projects that we are all
involved in.

I created my own sub-folders quite successfully, and my 3 colleagues can all
see the e-mails inthe sub-folders I have created.

However, one of us (Gavin) has created subfolders and none of us can see
them! The permissions are set to that all four or us are owners.

Any ideas, anyone?

Depends on how you access your Public Folders (through the tree of via
Public Folder Favorites for instance) and if you have them set to be Cached
or not.

It's through a tree of public folders, and I don't have the folder I am
looking at in my favourites. I have no idea about the cached thing. I
showed Gavin what to do, as I did with other colleagues, so he's not done
anything different to the usual. A.
