Public Folder Calendar

We have a calendar that is a public folder with limited
viewers. We cannot figure out how to change the labels
that are associated with the different colors available.
In the regular user's Calendar folder in their mailbox,
the user is allowed to change the label that is connoted
with a specific color. In the Public Folder Calendar, the
Edit Label option is gray and not available. Any way
around that?
