public folder calendar setup notifications

We are using Outlook 2000 at work. We have Public Folders in which I have
set up some Calendars for booking rooms within the office. I want to know if
it's possible to setup notifications so that if someone puts a booking in the
calendar it will send me a notification?

You can use the Folder Assistant on the Properties dialog for the public folder to forward any new items to you
