Public calendar is different for XP users

We have public folders with a calendar for everyone to use
in Outlook. When someone schedules an all day event, XP
is picking up the time from 11:00pm to 11:00pm.
Therefore, XP is picking up the start time the night
before the date actually starts so that it appears that
the person is off an extra day. This only happens when a
non-XP user enters an all day event. Is there a way I can
change the default from picking it up from 11-11? Or any
other way to fix this?

Did you check the time zone settings in the XP clients? Errors like this
usually indicate the time zone is wrong. Tools, Options, Calendar, Time
Zone.
