Pubishing from FP 2000 to FPSE 2003

When a client tries to publish his site using Frontpage
2000 to my webserver with FPSE 2003, it just sits and
spins like it wants to publish but never does.
It is not an option to upgrade him or downgrade me!
Any prognosis or suggestions?!

Hi Daine,

There is no such thing as a web server with FP SE2003. The server extension where not upgraded from FPSE 2002.
