PSU advice needed

I'm upgrading my generic 350W PSU to accomodate a forthcoming 9700 Pro.
I've browsed a range of 'quality' 380-420W PSUs, but, with a PSU having to
stand vertically in my mid-tower case, my CPU fan would cover the far-left
corner of http://snipurl.com/89kq , and would be vying for air with the
side-fan. Can anyone recommend a good PSU that wouldn't give me this
problem?
