I was wondering if I could run a Leadtek 6800 "vanilla" model with a
Cooler Master 350W PSU. Here are my computer specs and what I have
running:

ASUStek P8P800S w/ Pentium 4 2.8Ghz w/ Hyper-Threading technology
(800FSB)
512MB of Geil PC3200 (DDR400Mhz)
80 gig MAXTOR 7200 RPM HDD
1 CDRW drive
1 floppy drive
4 80mm LED fans
One 120mm fan
1 blue cathode light
Cooler Master 350w PSU can be found here:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-171-002&depa=0

I plan on not OVERCLOCKING my computer so it does fit the requirement
of a 300W or 350W psu or more.

It will "probably" work but you may find the power supply is
not too far from max load, may not last as long. Ideally
you would replace the power supply with decent name-brand
400W or higher having at least 18A 12V.
