We are having a problem with a user in Outlook.

What is the max size of a PST File?

The user's PST file is currently 1.82 gb.
They can't send, receive or delete emails in their personal folder.
However they can see email that is on the email server.

What should be done?

That is the maximum for an Outlook 97-2002 pst-file. Crop it by using;

That's the max size before Outlook 2003. They'll need to remove data and compact.
