I use Outlook 2007. Does the Calendar, Contacts and Email use the same PST
file? If not, where are they located?

Thanks for the reply. I'm having trouble with my calendar crashing OL. When
ever an appointment comes due and I click on dismiss, OL crashes and then
closes. Also when I go to Email options and click on Time Zone button the
same thing happens. Brain was helping me but for some reason he stopped with
the help.

Have you run the scanpst.exe tool? If not, it's a hidden file. Search
for it with search for hidden files enabled.

If you mean me, then I guess I didn't realize the problem wasn't solved.

Thanks Alias, that seemed to have done the trick. All is well until the next
time.

Yes Brian I meant you. The last communication I had with you, you advised to
install Windows Search V4.0. I tried that and the install said the file did
not pertain to my version of Windows.

Glad it got sorted out. It seems one has to run that thing on a regular
basis.

I don't see anything about searching in this thread.

It wasn't in this NG it was in "Microsoft.Public.Outlook" and all my
messages have since disappeared
