I am trying to open outlook and instead receiving the message "unable to open
outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not
available. COntact Administrator if this conditiona persists." I have
found the scanpst.exe file and have opened the inbox repair tool kit, but am
unable to find the file that I need to scan? Is it the outlook.pst file? If
so I cannot find it. Help what do I try to do now? Thanks!

able to scan it using the inbox repair tool kit becasue it says it does not
recognize the file and no data is recoverable! Please help!

Open Control Panel, then Mail. Clicking on Data Files should show you
what PST file(s) you use, and where they are located.
