.pst file

When doing a system recovery, an HP tech. walked me
through saving my personal information in a .pst file and
emailing it to myself. Outlook now tells me it has
blocked the attachment and I can not get it open.
 
Try Save attachments on the Outlook file menu instead. Be sure to save it to
an easy to find/remember folder. Then use File, Open to use the pst file.
