I just bought a new computer with MS Vista. How can I use my old outlook
e-mails, stored in a ".pst" file, with MS Mail? Is there a conversion
program I can use to convert them or something?

two ways:

1. Install Outlook on the Vista computer, copy the .pst also. Set Outlook
to use the .pst.
Import into Windows Mail. Or continue to use Outlook, if it's 2003 or
newer.

2. On your old computer, export the Outlook messages and address book to
Outlook Express format.
Copy the .dbx and .wab files to a temporary folder on the Vista
computer. Import into WM.
