PST File Problem

I have a PST file from a user computer. In Windows Explorer it says the
file is 241MB in size, however, when I open the file in Outlook there is
nothing in it and it shows that it is only 700KB in size through Folder
Size.

Any suggestions? We need to get teh data from this PST file for legal
reasons.
