PST file not accessable

Hello

I've had a case where a few people can't access their pst file on a
fileserver. THe error message can say something like some other
machine or person is accessing the pst file or close all applications
accessing the pst file. If I copy the pst file on the server or to
their local drive they can access the copy without any problems.

Do you have any ideas why this is happening?
