pst file missing after joining domain

My pst file has disappeared after joining the computer to the domain. I have
searhed *.pst and for file size but cannot seem to find it. Does Window
rename the file or was it deleted when the domain profile was created?

Not sure what operating system you are using, but if it is Windows
NT4/2000/XP/2003, then there is a possibility you are in a new operating
system user profile. For example, lets say you are running Windows 2000 or
XP. Take a look under the documents and settings directory and see how many
folders you have. (You could have one for a local account [e.g. JohnA.] and
another for the domain account [e.g. JohnA.DOMAIN_NAME]. I'm assuming that
JohnA exists as a local account + domain account.)

The other thing to consider is that the search routine will not traverse
hidden/system directories. You need configure Windows Explorer (and the
search options if running Windows XP) to look for files in hidden/system
directories.
