.pst calendar items freaked

I moved my .pst to my new laptop yesterday and all was good except fo
my calendar. For every calendar item that was an "all day event
outlook extended the start date back by one day while keeping the en
date the same so that know the item has a two day duration (i.e
Lincolns birthday was originally Thur Feb 12th on my old laptop afte
moving the .pst to my new laptop it was extended over two day Feb 11t
and 12th). All the specific time calendar items are correct.

Help me please.

I will answer my own question.

To fix this condition I set my clock to the correct time zone. Prett
easy fix.
