PST Access Denied

I'm trying to import my old PST file (all 400megs) into my
new Outlook 2000 so I can recover my old saved emails,
etc, but I get, "File access denied. You do not have the
permission required to access this file..."
ANY IDEAS? thnx, b

Is the file Read Only, if so remove the Read Only attribute

If you have an old version open running that pst you will
be unable to do the import.
