I have many questions about the new PSP I just got one here they are:
1)how do I put a whole DVD onto my 32-mb memory stick do I need to compress
it zip it?
2)I copied my songs direcly from my CD to my PSP but they didnt even show up
but my MP3 formated ones did
3)how do I downloaded from the internet?

You've posted in a newsgroup for the Microsoft Windows XP operating
system. You're asking questions about Sony's PSP device. Check with
Sony tech support and/or see if there are user groups, newsgroups, etc.
for the PSP.

What makes you think that you can place a DVD movie (many hundreds of
megabytes) on a 32 meg device?
