psMsg.dll error

Whenever I start my computer, IBM Thinpad R50e, I get this message " The
procedure entry point Set EncrptKey could not be located in the dynamic link
library psMsg.dll." I just hit ok and the message is gone. I have not yet
felt any adverse effect of this error, but it irritates.
I am using Windows XP Home Edition as OS and Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet
Security 2005 as AntiVirus. I have this feeling that this error started
appearing when I installed Trend Micro, but I am not sure.
Help requested.

Scan your system with latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder as well as Adaware in Safe mode.
