When I hit the Prt Scrn button it doesn't copy anything into clipboard, the
"key" insn't functional, how to I re-energize it, reinstall keyboard drivers?

open up word or a new email form and right click-paste and your screen print
will(should be there) I do not think you can view the screen print with
clipboard viewer.

Hi Bill

Can you try this and let us know what happened. Press the Prt Sc key, open
up your word processor, click on the paste icon.
