Proxy Server - Windows 2003

Does anyone have a link that lists instructions on how to set up a proxy
server? I'm going to a training and am going to be linking about 15 Dell D600
laptops running WinXP to it. I've setup Windows OSs before (6 years
experience) but have never dealt with servers. All seat licenses are on the
server(?) not per seat. That being said, does anyone have a link that lists
instructions on how to set up a proxy server in Windows 2003 Server? Thanks
