Proxy 2.0 in Windows 2000

Hi to all,

I setup a windows 2000 with MS proxy 2.0 installed. Socks proxy has been
used for Macintosh Connection for internet. All macintosh can conect to
internet but we have a problem when we try to deny one macintosh computer
using the IP address. I setup to deny a certain IP address but still he can
connect to the internet. I tried to move up a deny permissions on socks
properties but if this is the settings all macintosh has no access. So I
should return back to the prevous setiings so that all macintosh users can
acces the internet.

Is there any way in windows 2000 other than proxy 2.0. I need to block a
certain IP address to unable to access my proxy 2.0. If the socks is not
possible maybe in windows 2000 itself can make it.

Thanks in Advanced

You may want to post your question in a Proxy 2.0 or ISA newsgroup. I don't
know the exact configuration solution but there should be a way to configure
Proxy 2.0 to block an IP address from accessing the internet and it may
depend on the ordering or priority of the firewall rules you create. ---
