Why is it that I can buy a lawn mower, television, or any other non-software
product and go back to the manufacturerer with questions regarding the
operation of my product and get them answered without writing another check,
but, when I need to know how to ask a simple operational question (which I
have spent literally hours researching), I have to pay MS for the
information? What's wrong with this picture?

My suggestion is that Gates figures out a way to make money without ripping
off his customers. I am switching to Apple, despite hating their user
interface, because I am SO SICK of dealing with MS, capitalistic bureaucracy!

If you had looked around at all, you would have seen thousands of users
getting their questions answered here free.
