Provide centre & middle alignment for controls on forms & reports

This is such a basic design function in most graphics - why can't it be done
in Access?

Please feel free to use the big white space to ask your complete question.
The Subject line is not a good place as some newsreaders truncate it.

If you are talking about aligning the text within Controls, that is already
provided. If you are talking albout positioning the Controls themselves,
then that would be an enhancement.
