Outlook should have the ability to provide meaning to the flag colors that
you can assign to each email. Right now, you have to mentally note that a
red flag means "immediate attention". It would be nice if, when i hover over
the email with the red flag, it would indicate my custom meaning for the a
flag. Because unless I write them down, I'll forget what the red flag vs.
the green flag mean.
