Windows does not recognize this Protocol."

Does anyone know how to get around this particular problem? Recently I had a
problem with Windows XP which resulted in a re-install, but somehow the
TRAINZ download site keeps referring to this:-"Windows does not recognize
this Protocol." Before the fix their wasn't a problem with the Trainz
website's download facility.

I suspect you will need to contact "TRAINZ" for the patches to correct
this issue.
