Protection unlocked cells

Hi,

I have a protected sheet. Now for the input cells, I could either us
the "Locked=False" feature or "Allow users to edit ranges" feature. I
there any particular difference between the two methods, or advantag
of one over the other.

You might use the "Allow users to edit ranges" feature if you want to
password protect particular ranges in the workbook or selectively grant
access to particular ranges depending on who accesses the workbook. The
locked/unlocked cell format applies to all.
