how i can protect the unlocked cells against replacing each other(whe
holding mouse cleck and move a cell to another)??

you can't (at least not without VBA / event code)

If it's just for you, maybe you could turn off drag and drop.

Tools|Options|Edit tab
Uncheck "allow cell drag and drop"
