Protection error Debugger Detected

I am running Windows XP. I am trying to install a
program and I get the following error: Protection
Error Debugger Detected. I cannot install the
program. Also, when I turn on the computer this same
message appears. How do I turn off a debugger and how do
I determine what debugger I am running? Thanks. E back

Since you didn't tell us the name of the program, other people who may
be running that program can't help you. Call the Mystery Program's tech
support for help with their product.
