Protecting Structure of cells

Hi,

I need to protect the structure of an Excel sheet so that unexperienced
users can enter data but cannot change the structure of the document
such as the width, height, font size etc?

Is this possible, and if so how do I do it?

Tools - Protection - Protect worksheet. You have first to have unlocked
cells whose value is to be changeable (Format - Cells - Protection). The
protection functionality depends on your version of Excel.
