Protecting Files on Removable Media?

What would be the best way on XP Home to protect files
located on removable media, in this case a Zip disk? I
want to have files on a Zip disk private so only I can
view and use them. Thanks.
 
Iomega provides tools that I believe will allow you to password protect a
ZIP disk, there are no inherent tools in Windows for this.
