In the properties menu (when you right click the desktop) under the
appearance tab, there is an option for how you want your windows and buttons.
For some reason I can only make mine classic. I don't want classic, I want
the Windows XP view. How do I get it to work?

Are you saying that there is not an option in the pull-down menu for XP
style?

If there is an option for XP style, remember to click "Apply" rather than
"OK".

Sorry, should have said: Click "Apply" and then click "OK".

Do you mean you don't have an option to change it or you change it and
it doesn't stick?

What is the difference between Apply and OK?
