Properties-Registercard does not open in Windows Explorer

Hi everyone, my problem is, if I click on "properties" for Folders or Drives (not Files - that works) in the context menu in Windows Explorer, nothing happens, means the register-card does not open. Anyone has a solution? I assume it's a registry-entry

Jerold, thanks a lot!!!! ;-)) That was exactly the right thing. Reason was Zone Alarm blocking the automated start of www-Publishing-Service and the service got stuck in the "currently starting"-mode
