properties of specific worksheet

hello,

is there a way to see properties of specific worksheet in excel file?

i recieved a file with numerous worksheet, and i want to know when each of
them was created or last accessed.

Excel doesn't keep track of those statistics on a sheet by sheet basis.

In fact, I can't think of any properties like this that are kept on a sheet by
sheet basis.

Are there others that you're concerned with?
 
ps.

Newer versions of excel don't need to have the protection done in code. It's an
option in the sheet protection dialog.
 
the story is that it's a file i got from someone that wasn't suppose to have
the file.
the original file contains 3 worksheets, and this person added another sheet.
he says he got the file from someone else in a certain date,
and i'm trying to prove that he's lying.
in order to do that i wanted to know when the additional sheet was created.
