Properties and Sharing Not Working

When I right-click on a storage device, like a Zip250
drive, and select Properties or Sharing from the menu,
nothing happens. By that I mean that the Properties
dialog box or the Sharing dialog box does not open. What
is happening.
 
What type of environment are you in? Are you on a win2k
domain or is this just a standalone installation? can you
access the properties/sharing for other drives/directories?
