excluding any references to Office 2002 or Office 2003 proofing tool CDs.

If you need spell-checker, grammar-checker and thesaurus etc, you would do
well to compare the price if the tools offered against upgrading Office and
getting a later edition of the Proofing Tools CD. Third-party proofing tools
can be VERY expensive.
